Jeffrey M. Schneck has practiced law since 1981, and is a Director and founding member of Schmitt Schneck Casey Even & Williams, P.C. His practice focuses on counseling businesses and assisting them in contract negotiations, sales and acquisitions of businesses; purchasing, selling, and leasing real estate; and forming entities. Jeff enjoys being considered another member of his clients’ business team and assisting them in formulating and achieving their goals. Jeff serves as general counsel to a number of businesses and non-profit organizations. While working with business owners over the years, Jeff has been actively involved in assisting them with their estate planning as well. Jeff’s practice also includes counseling non-profit organizations with regard to their business activities and assisting them in issues regarding acquiring and maintaining tax-exempt status. Jeff’s practice also includes probate and trust administration, as well as guardianships and conservatorships.

EDUCATION

Jeff graduated from Baylor University in 1978 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, majoring in Accounting. Jeff continued his education at Baylor University by earning his Juris Doctor degree in 1981.

Jeff is married and has two daughters. He is active in his church, serving in various leadership roles. In addition to spending time with his family, Jeff enjoys a pick-up game of basketball and assorted artistic endeavors such as oil painting.
