Abigail J. Mills is Of Counsel with Schmitt Schneck Even & Williams, P.C. and has been practicing in Arizona since 2009. The backbone of her practice has been Business Formation, Contract/Lease Negotiation, and Sales and Acquisitions. In 2011, she added a thriving Adoption Law arm to her practice, gaining membership in the prestigious Academy of Adoption and Assisted Reproduction Attorneys (“AAAA”) in 2015. With building and caring for families near to her heart, she enjoys working with them as they navigate the adoption process, as well as estate planning and probate issues that may arise.
Abigail obtained her B.A. in International Studies with an emphasis in journalism from Grand Canyon University where she was a Ray-Maben Scholar and graduated Summa Cum Laude. During law school at Baylor University, Abigail earned her membership in the Order of Barristers, served as Vice President of Baylor’s Christian Legal Society, and was awarded the Best Brief Award in the Spring 2007 Baylor Moot Court Competition. Abigail was also awarded the Bill Kimble Service Award for her work in the community, and is a Blackstone Legal Fellow. She is an Arizona native and lives in Phoenix with her husband and three children.
