Andrew graduated summa cum laude from the University of Arizona with a major in Philosophy, Politics, Economics & Law and a minor in Chinese.

Andrew graduated from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University and was awarded the Highest Pro Bono Distinction. During law school, Andrew served as the President of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association and was a Research Editor of the Arizona State Law Journal. Andrew was also a member of the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration East Moot Team and competed in Hong Kong in 2019.
