Cody is a native Arizonan and focuses his practice on representing tax-exempt and nonprofit organizations, as well as real estate, entity formations, and employment law. During college, Cody accumulated decoration as an NCAA Division I track athlete. He still enjoys running and coaching his children in various athletics.  Cody and his wife consider catechizing their children in the Christian faith as gift a from God and are happily involved as a family in their local church. Cody also has received extensive field training and education as a minister with the organization Young Life.
